Alternative Bug Spray

In preparation for the kick-off to summer holiday weekend, here is an alternative to the commercially prepared chemical-laden bug deterrents.

  • 1 cup of water
  • 15-20 drops of peppermint or eucalyptus oil
  • 1/2 - 1 tsp of dish soap

Mix in spray bottle. Give wasps, ants, spiders as well as their nests a good spray.

Be sure to shake bottle before each use.
