As I'm sitting down to write my last blog post for the year (and decade) feeling a bit nostalgic yet exhilarated with anticipation for all the beautiful synchronicities to come, I am so grateful for your presence on my journey this year. A year filled with duality.

Joy and sadness.
Endings and beginnings.
Chaos and peace.

Many of you reached out over the course of this year to share your stories of triumph over loss or heartbreak and many others reached out for support and guidance while feeling very lost and alone during a time of crisis in their lives.

I am honored to have been given the chance to stand by your side on your journey.

Some of the themes that showed up this past year have been:
Heartbreak and betrayal
Leaning into love
Being open to the infinite possibilities available in every moment
Trust

Trust was (and still is) a biggie.

Trusting myself first and foremost and finding a way to trust others as well. It can sometimes feel like a tall order when your trust has been broken by someone close to you, but it is possible.

Open your mind and your heart to the idea THAT IT IS POSSIBLE and you may be surprised to find yourself in a situation where trust is called for…and even more surprised by your willingness to step into it.

Take one slow step at a time and remember to honor yourself and communicate clear boundaries and expectations.

This isn’t intended to be a diatribe on trust but it is an important theme for planning and envisioning your future.

Trust that YOU know what you need to create a magical and Soulful Life.

All the answers to the many questions about the future lie within you.

Take some time in light of the new year to look within at your Soul light ready to burst forth and shine brightly in 2020.

A year of clear seeing. Seeing a bright bold future for yourself and those close to you because when you grow, change and expand positively; others around you can’t help but do the same.

I close most posts with the phrase…

We learn from one another.

And this rings very true in light of the lessons of 2019 and the past decade coming to a close. I've learned so many valuable lessons this year from my kids, my Soul sisters, my DNA sisters, and from you.

I don’t think I am alone in saying that I am ready for a fresh start filled with promise and potential. That’s not to say there won’t be serious effort and occasional setbacks because that’s part of the process of learning and living, but armed with the knowledge that I have all I ever need within me, how can there be any other outcome other than success?!?

Here’s to you, a bright new year and the knowledge that you are the light that the world needs…

Go Shine!

If you're in need of guidance and support, I am always here to help.
