INTERMISSION™: How We Can Rise Strong


My apologies for the video starting so abruptly and randomly 😂
It was too long so needed to's what 'hit the editing room floor'...story of how I attempted to make my coffee with non-dairy milk (of which I've tried many) with again no luck and ended up going back to good ole cow's milk! Apologies to all the vegans and dairy senstives out there! It's the little things that bring joy esp right now!

And in honor of the Immunity Body Boost Meditation (, I'm going to attempt to say Good Morning in all the languages that are offered. We'll see how that goes! Will redo my Spanish greeting tomorrow since you missed it! ☺️ Anyway.... Rising Strong by @brenebrown is a super bomb-diggety book loaded with gems 💎 of wisdom throughout!

I shared a small sampling of the passages that felt supportive and healing as it relates to feelings of powerlessness/despair as fuel for hope and powerful least that was my interpretation of Brene's profound work.

The #CardOfTheDay spoke of forgiveness and giving yourself a break. Put down the burdens you've been carrying and imagine life without them...then go do it!
