INTERMISSION™: Journal Pages (Week 1)

Over the course of the next few weeks, I will be creating and sharing a series of journal pages that will be contain three consistent prompts...How would I like to feel today? | Grateful For... | Joy Juice Activity

What is a Joy Juice Activity you might ask?

Well, what gets your joy juices flowing? Maybe for you that's baking (and eating) fresh chocolate chip cookies or taking your pup out for a long walk or playing Apples to Apples with your kids.

Whatever gets your Joy Juices flowing, write it down and then do it!

You'll also find a question of the day and a daily inspirational quote.

If you currently journal, print these pages out and you can intermingle these whenever you feel inspired to change it up a bit. :)

I've created 5 days to cover Monday thru Friday. If you'd like to continue this journaling practice over the weekend, use the back of the 5th day to write about the following (or whatever strikes your fancy)...What is my intention for today? What brings me joy? What am I grateful for?

And if you are able to keep it green, I highly recommend printing the journal pages double sided.
