Day 4...

Referring to your list from yesterday, do you notice any patterns? Perhaps there was a friend that created havoc in your life on several occasions or your mother in-law pushed your buttons to the point of madness. Is there any way to change that pattern? Maybe its time to let that friend go. Maybe you need to invite your M-I-L out for lunch and talk about what is bothering you. What proactive actions can you take to end the negative cycle and shift into a space of more happiness and joy?
