Day 6...

What sorts of things do you do just because YOU WANT TO?

The things you want to do that don't directly correlate to your career or family…hobbies, attending concerts or those just-because-you-love-yourself outings like a monthly massage, weekly yoga class, etc.

If you were unable to come up with anything or if there are other things you'd like to do, what would they be?

How can you commit to accomplishing one of these in the next 2 weeks? Perhaps you could schedule an appointment for a massage, finally take that yoga class or  sign up for an online course to learn that language you always intended to learn!
