Woke up this morning feeling so #grateful.
Not because anything in particular happened...just because.
Just because of so many things and people and relationships and blessings.
It was an overall feeling of total and complete gratitude for the moment and the day ahead. 🔆
I am grateful for the birth of one woman in particular... My Mom! Without whom, I wouldn't be here!

INTERMISSION™: How We Can Rise Strong
I shared a small sampling of the passages that felt supportive and healing as it relates to feelings of powerlessness/despair as fuel for hope and powerful action...at least that was my interpretation of Brene's profound work.
The #CardOfTheDay spoke of forgiveness and giving yourself a break. Put down the burdens you've been carrying and imagine life without them...then go do it!
