Welcome to Week 4...hard to believe we've been quarantined for that long!

This week our focus is on our CHILDHOOD!

Don't worry, we aren't going in very deep on this...just a little toe dipping. :)

The INTERMISSION journal pages can be used in addition to your regular journaling practice if you have one...pop these in whenever you feel inspired to change it up a bit. 

I've created 5 days to cover Monday thru Friday. If you'd like to continue this journaling practice over the weekend, use the back of the 5th day to write about the following (or whatever strikes your fancy)...What is my intention for today? What brings me joy? What am I grateful for?

And if you are printing...keep it green and print double sided if possible. :)

Did it feel like that for you?? 🌝 The full moon was over a week ago but it's always a good time to #release what's not serving you.
And with the new moon next week, let's clear out the gunk and make room for some magical blessings.

My Release Ritual:
Get quiet.
Light Release candle.
Write out in as much detail what I am releasing from my life.
Take paper, candle and bowl of water outside.
Light paper on fire and release the ashes into the air for transmutation.

Please be safe and smart with fire🔥.

Woke up this morning feeling so #grateful.

Not because anything in particular happened...just because.
Just because of so many things and people and relationships and blessings.
It was an overall feeling of total and complete gratitude for the moment and the day ahead. 🔆

I am grateful for the birth of one woman in particular... My Mom! Without whom, I wouldn't be here!
