Are all your items made by hand?

YES! Great care, love and kindness is poured into each Energetic Wearable. With the new metals line, some of the components may be "made" elsewhere but the final product is made by hand by lil ol' me. :)

 

So how does this Energetic Stone thing work?

It is pretty cool to feel how your energy can shift and how it can affect your overall well-being. Take a peek at the KarmicKindness Living blog post which will explain how in detail!

 

What size should I order?

Medium is an appropriate size for most women. Large fits most men. 

To ensure proper fit, wrap a soft measuring tape or string around your wrist. Be sure to allow enough "stretching room" for your ~Energetic Wearable~ to fit over your hand.

 

How long do custom orders take?

It depends on the type of product and materials chosen. Most custom orders have a 1-2 week lead time; however, if I need to research certain elements or order supplies, it will obviously take longer. 

If you need an item sooner, shoot me a message and I will try my hardest to make it happen for you!

 

Do you ship outside the United States? How much do you charge?

Most definitely…hoping to spread Kindness across the globe! Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location.

 

How long does shipping take?

Remember everything is made to order so most items will ship within 3-5 business days (often times sooner). Actual shipping times will vary based on shipping method and location…2-3 days is a good average.

 

Do you guarantee your products?

Yes! I am a bit of a perfectionist and each item sent out is as close to perfect as possible; that said, sometimes things happen that are out of my control.

I am happy to restring any Wearable up to 1 year from purchase date at no charge. (You just pay shipping.) After 1 year, as long as you have all the pieces, I will restring for $10 plus shipping.

 

How do I care for my Energetic Wearable and/or Energetic Convertible?

Due to the nature of the cording of the the Energetic Wearables and Convertibles, it is best to keep it out of prolonged direct sun exposure and water; however, the stones themselves are quite durable.

Sandalwood: the color of the beads will deepen over time while wearing. If you’d like to prolong the sweet scent, store in a sealed bag or box when not in use. Be aware that if exposed to water, Sandalwood beads will lose their beautiful honey color and their scent much faster. It is best not to swim or exercise while wearing.

 

It appears that some of the stones of my Wearable/Convertible are "stuck"?

Due to the nature of the materials used, stones may stick to the cording. This is not permanent. All you have to do is grasp the Wearable or Convertible and gently pull from several different spots. This will allow the stones to lay as they should and your Wearable Work of Art will be ready for use once again. :)

 

Do you have gift cards?

Not at this time but I hope to offer them in the near future.

 

Do you offer Subscriptions?

I will be offering subscriptions very soon and you will be able to purchase a 3, 6, or 12 month subscriptions. Sign up for email updates to be the first to know when it becomes available.

 

What is your return, refund and exchange policy?

I want you to be happy with your KarmicKindess product and will try to assist you in whatever way possible! Each item has been made with loving care but sometimes things happen that are out of my control. Before returning an item, please contact me to see if it can be made right, but please do this within 30 days of the purchase date.

Once your return is received and inspected, I will send you an email to notify you that I have received your returned item. I will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card. Please allow a few days for it to show up on your statement.

You will be responsible for paying for shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

If your product was damaged during shipping, please contact me right away for a replacement.
