ReturnsI want you to be happy with your KarmicKindess product and will try to assist you in whatever way possible! Each item has been made with loving care but sometimes things happen that are out of my control. Before returning an item, please contact me to see if it can be made right, but please do this within 30 days of the purchase date.
If your product was damaged during shipping, please contact me right away for a replacement.
No returns accepted on custom orders. Sorry:(
Refunds (if applicable)Once your return is received and inspected, I will send you an email to notify you that I have received your returned item. I will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a few days.
Exchanges (if applicable)I only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send me an email at KarmicKindness@gmail.com. Once you've heard back from me, you can send your item to: KarmicKindness, 25 Catoctin Circle SE #4325, Leesburg, VA 20177.

You will be responsible for paying shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
