This short assessment looks at three dimensions: Connection, Growth, and Direction.
This is not a compatibility quiz. It will not tell you whether a relationship is “meant to be” or what the other person is thinking.
It simply gives you a place to begin — a way to notice where you are in the relationship now.
The deeper question is not only about the other person. It is about you, what this relationship is revealing to you, and what may be asking for more honesty, clarity, or care.
While the assessment is especially useful for intimate relationships, the framework can also illuminate family, friendship, and other meaningful relational dynamics.
